Our Technical Recruiters conduct a pre-screening of resumes and then follow-up with a phone interview to complete our Labor Category Verification (LCV) Form and updates to candidates resumes in order to qualify them for any open positions. After they complete the application packages, they forward the resume, LCV, and notes to the Hiring Manager for review. The Hiring Manager will reach out to the candidate to complete a skills verification for the position and discuss more specific details on the position and team. If the candidate is qualified and interested at this point, the HM will submit the candidate for customer approval or will submit them directly for hire, depending on the position.
