I like to think that the initial application is the first part of the interviewing process because they learn a lot about you. During the first part of the process, you are asked many questions that require internal reflection. Next, you will be asked to join a meeting and do some tasks to show that you are serious about interning with Assuaged.

The interview process for the public health internship at Assuaged was refreshingly relaxed and easy-going. From the initial stages to the final interview, the atmosphere was welcoming, allowing for open and comfortable conversations. It created an environment that fostered genuine discussion about my interest in public health, my educational background, and relevant experiences. The process includes completing the application available on the organization's website. This was followed by attending a pre-internship meeting. Following the meeting, the new hire form and required references must be submitted.
