The interview is non-intimidating. It can pass as a casual conversation about your background, your potentials, especially what you can offer to the school, and any questions you have about the school.
They are really friendly and happy to converse with. They ask questions about yourself, your aspirations, faith and spirituality (because it is a Catholic school). Overall, it's a pleasure to have an interview with them.
