Interview
I had to do 3 interviews and a project, but the project wasn't judged too harshly. overall they made me feel comfortable and were easy to interview with. I had to also have a phone interview and they were very flexible with time.
The interview process was short and focused on the connection between you and your potential manager, should you get the position you were interviewing for. Standard behavioral interview questions were asked.

Had a short interview over the phone and then one in person with a manager. Fairly laid back -- asked the normal questions and referred to resume. Only took about 30 minutes.

Interview
The first round was office interview with a recruiting manager and a senior associate. They were very nice and didn't challenge me at all. It was very casual interview and I did't have any technical questions asked.
