Two different people interviewed me. One from HR and one who was an actuary. It was more relaxed and they asked fair questions. Just the basic things about exams and computer skills.

Phone Call interview with managing actuary and notified of position by email about a week later that I had the position. I then had to do a background check and drug test.

Interview
I applied online on my school's job board, and they came to my school for on campus interviews. The interview was pretty standard with some behavior questions. Once you got invited to interview, you signed up for a time and had a 30 minute interview. I got a call the next day with an offer for the position.
