I applied for the Analyst job and the recruiter got back to me with the Customer Service Analyst position. The interview was very professional and within the time limit set. The role was not a analyst position but more of a call center position where you would constantly be communicating with clients daily.

Interview
The initial HR screen was fast and efficient. However, the following initial tech interview was very sloppy. In the video cal, an arrogant guy was laying down himself in a sofa. He has no real motivation and energy to interview an applicant.

Interview
Started with a phone interview with an HR rep. The next interview was in person with the manager of the team I was applying for and then with a director (back to back). Culture is important so part of the interview process was just getting to know me a little better. There was a technical part where I was given a set of financials and asked several questions about them.
