Interview
Recruiter screening call, asks the same questions if you've applied to other Astellas roles. Next is virtual call with hiring manager, 30 min length. Next were 4 individual calls with HM + future colleagues, all virtual and again 30 min length. All 4 asked the exact same questions. 30 minutes means you barely get time to ask questions of your own. Also, being asked the same thing over and over makes me wonder if I was being scored on consistency.. but that seems a bit shortsighted. The hiring manager literally said, "I may be asking you the same questions as last time but trust me, there's a method to my madness." Cringe! Process took a very long time, 2 months just to get to the 3rd round. If you are looking for a job here, give yourself at least 3 months runway.

Interview
I had one interview scheduled with a recruiter via phone. She never called. Set up a second call with a recruiter. The second call went well and I was told I would hear back in 2-3 days however there was no further communication, even after two follow up emails. Very negative experience. The application was with the hiring manager for two months before they finally sent the rejection email. Low to no communication and blocking out time only to have the recruiter no-show was extremely frustrating.

Interview
Rather aligned with the feedback from other candidates, the recruitment process was very lengthy. It took two weeks from the application to the interview call with the HR manager. It took two weeks from the interview call from the HR manager to the interview with the hiring manager. Followed by three weeks from the interview with the hiring manager to get an update on the status. It was supposed to be four rounds of interviews. 1st round with the HR manager. 2nd round with the hiring manager, which took 1 hr. 3rd round with a business case presentation to the stakeholders. (They will select three candidates to proceed with the next round, two internal candidates, and one external candidate) 4th round with the president. The total estimated time, you would be looking at is 3 to 4 months.
