The interview process begins with HR and then User. For user interview there are about 3-4 users with each different but in the same field job role. Basically each user has different questions according to their role in the field

For HR interview, it was pretty nice and chill. Interviewer was on time and very kind. I had a great time. The questions asked were pretty basic. Just prepare enough so you can tackle it. For panel interview was a bit hard because they were asking very technical questions and the vibe was not all friendly like the HR interview

Smooth and empowering, the short notice for the next step is within 1 day. However the website contains bug which makes the administration process more difficult. I hope they improve this aspect.
