Interview
Went through online interview (initial screening) was then asked to attend first f2f interview with 2 managers. Asked a lot of behaviorial based questions. Called back a week later for second f2f interview with another 2 managers. This interview went for 1.5 hours and involved a sales role play and further behaviorial based interview. Waiting now for final f2f interview and hopefully get an official offer. Whole process took about 3-4 weeks

Great interview process at AstraZeneca. They really want to know you and how you handle certain situations. Looking for strong closing and improvements from each rounds. The process overall wasn’t too bad!

It was fairly easy. Show up prepared, ready to ask questions, and you have a good chance of landing the job. Bring materials to show your sales experience and show you are organized and solutions-oriented.
Started with a pre screen call with DM. Tell me about yourself, your experience. Then Interview panel with DM and RM. All STAR questions, situational questions to tie in your experience with what is expected of you for the role
