I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview took place on a conference line with a panel of 3 interviewers. After the phone interview stage, I was asked to come to an on-sight to their Wilmington, Delaware office. The same 3 people interviewed me in person and asked very similar questions.

Apply through school jobs portal. The process is quick, about three weeks from applied date to final interview. After applied, will have a quick phone screening for 15 min, pretty straightforward. Later that day, I got offer the next interview through Skype. Wait 45 min, and they never show up. Try to contact the scheduler but get no response. Looks like this was happened before at AstraZeneca

Interview
Overall, smooth process. Phone Interview, 2 weeks later I heard back, then set up an individual interview. Heard back from individual interview regarding position in 2-3 weeks. The AZ recruiters were very helpful and available for questions/concerns. The difficulty of each interview was very similar to any other interview -- very predictable.
