Applied in December, got an interview call within 3-4 weeks. The interview was friendly, with a balanced mix of professionalism and a laid-back vibe, fostering a positive and comfortable atmosphere for discussion.

Indepth but streamlined. There was a two stage interview, first with hiring manager and if successful second interview with hiring manager and senior director. Also competency based questions around their core values known as pillars.
