First I was asked to complete a 'digital interview', where I was supposed to record short video answers to questions on the screen. Questions were about motivation, previous experience and why I would be a good fit for the position, as well as additional expectations. Next, I got invited to an interview with the board, which took place over Microsoft Teams.
It lasted about an hour and the questions were more specific than in the previous stage. I was once again asked about my motivation and understanding of the role, but they also focused a lot on the company values and asked me about situations from my life where I demonstrated specific values and behaviours. Before this final interview I received an email from the recruiter with tips and a guide how to prepare for the interview, which I found very helpful.
