The first contact was by phone.
Then, I got 1.5 hour interview with a PPT presentation and questions regarding the experience, sharing the company values and behavior in certain circumstances with examples.

They asked me to prepare a PPT presentation to describe how I would have managed the relationship with the partners.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Jan 2025
Interview
Applied in Dec 2024, recruiter reached out in Jan-Feb. Had a 1st contact with her, to explain the process and what to expect in each stage - HireVue, 1st skiils and values interview with future colleagues, final interview with use case with future manager.
