I had a great experience during my first interview with the Talent Acquisition team. The interviewer was very knowledgeable about the position and made me feel confident about the process. However, the second interview with the hiring manager was a different story. From the start, she was 10 minutes late and immediately informed me she only had three questions for me. The whole conversation felt rushed, and I was pressured to answer quickly. Her questions focused mainly on my previous experience and whether I had experience with two specific tasks. I spent a lot of time preparing for this interview, but it seemed like just a formality, as if they already had someone else in mind. If that was the case, they could have canceled the interview instead of wasting my time.
