There was a phone screen. But I would suggest not applying here because they are quite mean-spirited: if you fail to persuade with your rhetoric or discourse during the screening, you'll be eliminated straightaway not only for the specific position you're interviewing for but likely all others to which you have applied, despite that they may be described as requiring no experience and that job training is provided in the job description. That is what happened to me. You'll get an impersonal rejection letter that says another candidate was selected, but, when you go to look at the company's job board, the job is still there! If you have the slightest hesitation in speaking or a speech impediment, you'll likely be singled out, as the screener puts on a veneer of friendliness but is evidently evaluating and keeping tabs on social skills (since experience is stated to be a non-factor).
Then there is the point that an employee on here said that the company gets new people to write 5 star reviews. And yet there are a sizable number of negative reviews if you look from field techs for example describing pretty miserable conditions working here. These things just add to the overall negative vibe this place gives off.
