Interview
Spent hours throwing together their take home project- mind you that there were no specifications regarding file types or formatting, nor was there any online portal to submit my work. As such I sent in my completed project using a dropbox link and was immediately rejected because of the file type. Was blown off again by the recruiter when I offered to resubmit with a file type of their preference. Honestly, there are way better companies to waste your time for, but I was in college and desperate for an internship, go figure,

Interview
Simple coding project with 3 follow-up interviews. 2 interviews with the engineering team and 1 with an executive. I made it to the exec interview and it seemingly went well as we went 15 min over time.
Weeks after the interview, I heard nothing. The recruiter didn't respond to my emails and call. I finally get a call from the recruiter, 3 weeks after the interview. He basically told me that 2 things:
1. The team is looking for diversity and since I'm white, I don't count
2. I'm too inexperienced for the position
Obviously, those reasons infuriated me. If I weren't experienced enough, then why would you waste company time interviewing me? The company is blatantly racist.

You're given a pre interview programming assignment. Make sure to ask detailed questions about how your submission will be assessed as I thought I met the requirements but was given a grading response that inferred much more than the requirements listed in the problem description.
