      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Atelier 4

      Interview

I submitted my resume/CV through email. I heard back maybe 2 weeks later to set up a one on one interview with the manager who seemed nice. I filled out some additional paperwork after the interview at the office for the background check. About a week later I got an email with an offer letter. I accepted and signed the offer letter, but later turned down the job when they altered and lowered the pay-rate they initially agreed to.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Atelier 4 (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2020

      Interview

I sent my resume/cv and got an interview(pre covid) that went well. I was emailed an offer within a few days. I asked for clarification for a few things but for the most part, felt really good about working with them. But then quarantine started the week before I was supposed to start my first day of work. I left a full-time job with my sights on a better opportunity with a different company. I emailed and kept in touch and was assured when things opened up I'd still have the position. When that finally happened they did a bait and switch and changed my initial offer for the worst. Missing benefits, and the part where I'd be up for a raise a few months after starting working there and having my work evaluated. But the worse change was that the pay they offered was now less than I made at my last job. They'd lowered my offer by a couple of dollars and it was at that time that I said I couldn't work for them. They aren't a mom-and-pop shop, a few dollars to my hourly wage make a difference when living in a major city that never fails to make the list for being one of the most expensive to live in. I can't see how much it'd affect this company, but just seem like if the first place they were gonna make cuts was workers it was not a place I wanted to be.
