Question 1
What's one challenge you've faced and how did you overcome it?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Athene in Sept 2024
Interview
I made it through 2 rounds of interviews, talking to a total of 8 people over 2+ hours through various panel interviews. I thanked them and sent an additional follow up email to check my status a while later and was completely ghosted by everyone in the company. Even if I wasn't a good match, I wish they would have let me know they were moving forward with other candidates.
