The hiring manager was kind and hospitable! She was fair throughout the process and really gave me her undivided attention. She showed me around the club and asked important, but not hard to answer questions.

It's an entry-level job. Questions were very basic. Just questions on work background, and experience. Understand that you are in the happy business and express willingness to go above and beyond for the members.
