I applied online. I interviewed at Atlantic General Hospital in Aug 2023
Interview
I had a great interview and was asked to provide five references. This hospital spams your references with requests to fill out lengthy forms. My references are burnt out and angry from receiving requests from companies like this prior to interviews. Busy supervisors do not appreciate receiving the same email multiple times. On the positive side, the hospital does interview first. The people were very nice and the interview was easy.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atlantic General Hospital (Berlin, MD) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied on the hospital's website in the beginning of July and by the end of July I received an email from HR requesting an interview. I was told I would interview in person with the director of registration.
The director forgot about our interview and was late, so I mostly interviewed with the supervisor. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and felt informational. I was given a tour of the emergency department and then I was offered the position.

Interview
Once I applied online I had received a call within a week. The call was from an employee in human resources, she asked me a few questions, advised me that I will receive another call from someone else. I received another call a few days later, she asked me a few questions, advised me she will speak with human resources and I will receive another call to set up an interview. Another week passed, I finally received a call to schedule my interview. My interview was quick and easy, she advised me she had some other applicants but she will let me know as soon as possible. A few days passed and I received a call back with the good news that they would like to hire me, but before hiring I needed to meet with the doctor I will be working with for another interview. The interview with the doctor went well, it was a bit overwhelming with the entire staff in the room looking at me throwing out questions. After the interview with the doctor I was to wait for a call. I day or so passed and I got the call that I have been accepted.
