Interview was held by various people, manager, assistant managers, and unit educators. Consisted of personal getting to know you questions and scenario based questions. It can be quite intimidating when there is many people present but if you are confident in your skills and experience, it will go smoothly!

Initial phone call and email communication with recruiter. I was then invited to come on site, interviewed by 2 educators. Then received follow up call/invitation for a second interview and shadow day.

The process was quick. Nothing out of the ordinary. Standard questions. Reviewed your work history and asked how you would handle certain things. Shifts longer than anticipated. Everywhere still needs nurses.

Never gave me an interview, just declined every application because I am a new grad. Not sure they want to hire if you just graduated which indicates it is not a teaching/learning hospital at all.
