The interview process was fairly straightforward and they kept me informed. I spoke with the hiring manager and the hiring manager's boss via phone (I lived in another city). That went well. Then I was required to do a pitch test. I have no doubts that my pitch test went well because the editor plagiarized my work for stories he churned out over the next three days. Sometimes full paragraphs were used. I didn't make it to the next round of interviews, but I doubt it had anything to do with my work since I got to see it on their website, just not with my name attached to it.
