Was reached out to by phone, and offered a position. I did 2 phone interviews one with the HR and one with the EVP. It went very well and smooth, if I potentially accept salary offer another 2 interviews (online or via phone) will be conducted with higher management

Interview
This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever interviewed for. After the first two rounds of interviews, they decided to go with another person for the job.
A few months later they reposted the job application and I applied again. I instantly got an interview. They wanted me to look through their social media accounts and present how they could get better engagement. They told me they needed my review before the interview. So I conducted a mini audit on their social media accounts and sent them my finding. They then stopped responding to any of my emails.
I essentially worked for free while they got free consultation. Based on my findings from the social media work I did for them along with the other reviews for this company, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a job.
