There was a lot of open communication throughout the process. I was able to ask any questions I needed to in order to ensure that I felt the company was a good fit for me. The process moved quickly and I found out about an offer within a couple of days of my final interview.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Phone Interviews: Most of the interviews were an open conversation. They would explain the roles and expectations. There were some standard interview questions of "how did you deal with a situation," "what would you do if...," but I was also able to ask a lot of questions on my own.
Lunch Interview: This was mostly just the team asking questions to make sure I would fit into the team well, but also a chance for me to see if I would like to work with the team.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Atlas RFID Solutions (Birmingham, AL) in Dec 2014
Interview
It was a lengthy process. They take their time when trying to find the right people. The whole process took 2-3 months. There was an hour long phone interview, two face to face interviews, and an online skills assessment. The interviewers were all very friendly. The skills assessment is easy if you are familiar with erp systems and excel.
