I was able to ask any questions I needed to in order to ensure that I felt the company was a good fit for me. The process moved quickly and I found out about an offer within a couple of days of my final interview.

It was a lengthy process. They take their time when trying to find the right people. The whole process took 2-3 months. There was an hour long phone interview, two face to face interviews, and an online skills assessment. The interviewers were all very friendly. The skills assessment is easy if you are familiar with erp systems and excel.
