Required a photo before meeting with me, to approve my "look" first. At personal interview was met at a restaurant, not in office. Unknown to me, they were secretly interviewing for replacement of employee. Requested to start next day, and was in office when previous employee was let go. Two words: Awkward and Unprofessional.
