Lies, false expectations, around-the bushes when talking about salary. They sugar-coat the situation in order to be unclear about what the real conditions will be. And when you get hired it gets even worse. "Busy" management makes it difficult to try to have a conversation and clear out the salary situation which maintains to be unclear, until you receive your cheque and it is A JOKE!!
