Very chill and laid back. CEO is awesome and is very understanding. He listens well and doesn't make you feel bad about your answers.
If you read the job description and have most of what they are asking for, you should be golden.

Interview
Initial introduction to the agency owners was followed by a few informal conversations. I got a chance to meet the leadership team (virtually). I traveled to Dublin to meet in person. I was asked to prepare a short presentation to outline my vision for the role and value add to the company.
