I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atomic Object LLC (Chicago, IL) in May 2024
Interview
Lauren was amazing. I applied to the role and she reached out same day. We scheduled a Zoom video call and she was genuine/honest with her description of the position and company. With moving forward the next step was a zoom call with one of the co-CEO's. Following that we had a call transparently discussing compensation followed by having lunch with the managing partner that I would be working closely with. They were hosting a networking event so I attended that and saw them in action prior to my final interview which included creating a 25 minute presentation and hour long behavioral interview.

They asked what was a decision I made that led to an unfavorable outcome. They asked why I would want to work at Atomic. They asked if I would continue a relationship with someone who was not a potential client.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atomic Object LLC (Grand Rapids, MI) in Mar 2024
Interview
Overall a fairly standard interview process. Something slightly unusual was a meeting with the hiring specialist halfway through the process to make sure compensation expectations were aligned.
Unfortunately, the position closed before I was able to make it to the last interview. Even though it didn't result in an offer, it was still generally a positive experience.

Interview
2 interviewers asked simple behavioral questions. They started by asking about the company and then went into detail about what they do and how they operate. The interviews were not that experienced.
