contacted me one day after I sent my resume to set up phone interviews with corporate office. The next interview was the following day. I was sent to have drug testing done within 3 days. Offer was made after drug, background, personality, and IQ test. Very fast but not thorough.

Interview
Spoke to three people, including HR, hiring leader and peer. Including a qualifying pre-screen process with a recruiter, salary assessment, role alignment and experience match. Process took several months to complete from application submission to offer. Limited communication during the process so didn't know outcome until the offer came.
