It was quick and to the point. It was two interviews. One over the phone and one in person. They both lasted about 30 minutes and one was with current level management and one was with upper level management.

Interview
Applied online, they called to schedule a 1:1 interview. Went to the interview which was about a half hr in length of questions about my healthcare experience and why I wanted to work there. Then was given a tour of the unit and called back after my reference checks and background check was completed to go for a health screening and drug test. Most people didn't even notice I was on the floor of the unit unless the manager had introduced me to them, it was very busy and unless you were a patient with a bed call button you were unnoticed.
I was offered a phone interview due to the height of the pandemic. Then afterwards she offered me a zoom call the following day so I can get insight on what its like to actually work there.
