Interviewer was great. Pay was terrible. Pay was not listed on job listing, which is a red flag. Hours were great with flexibility. More for someone just entering the market, not for midlevel job seekers.
The interview process involved meeting each member of my potential team individually. This allowed me to connect with them and learn more about their experiences at Atrium and what they like about the agency.
