Long interview process (4+ months) with multiple stages. I am on the west coast, while most Attuned staff are on the east coast. At one point, the hiring manager insisted on a call at 6am PT / 9am ET. I asked for flexibility, but was told no. Red flags everywhere.

It was a 30 minute interview on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Then there is a performance task, a debrief of the task, and a final interview for the whole process.

Robust and well planned interview process with 3-4 steps. They have application essays. They have a unique DEIA round. Another interview has a case discussion and the behavioral interviews are similar to other organizations.
