Phone screen from recruiter followed by a two-hour online coding assessment that consisted of two problems that were both of similar difficulty. Completed both challenges but didn't have enough time to figure out what was causing some hidden test cases to fail. When the job description said they wanted a fast programmer, they really meant it.
