Interview
An employee referred me and I got a call from the recruiter within few days. A technical screen was setup where the interviewer asked me one coding question and we discussed my implementation. Within a couple of days I got the result and was asked to pick a date for on-site interview at the Newark HQ. In the on-site interview I had 5 rounds, 2 coding rounds conducted by software engineers, 1 behavioral round with senior manager, 1 system design round by hiring manager and 1 more technical behavioral by a senior manager from another team. Overall process was very smooth. The recruiter did all she could to help me through the entire process. Got the offer letter within 2 days after the interview.

The interview process was really smooth. The interviewers were professional, kind, and prepared to pair program. Apart from the behavioral interview, which was all star format stories, each interviewer asked one question related to an Audible value. After giving my answer, we'd hop into the technical part.

It takes time and the entrance exam is really hard. You will need to know most all of leetcode and even then the questions they ask are framed in a way that involves Amazon products so it can be confusing

After OA, there were 4 rounds of interview scheduled on 1 day. 3 technical and 1 behavioral. There were shadows in 2 of the interviews. 1 of the interviews was with a member of the team. Overall smooth process, very organized. Everyone was friendly and nice.
