The role is being on a telephone for many hours and handling calls from clients and franchise owners.
The questions revolved around your ability to operate on the phone for many hours and operate various computer programs to get the job done.
Some customer service scenarios were added in and were intriguing and real world.
As they are a franchise company they have their act together with a detailed employee handbook, definitive training program for agents, and all the tools one needs to be successful. That is the impression I got from the interview and my research. It was a great positive experience for me.
