It consisted of 4 rounds each of more than 2 hours. In the final round with CEO I just asked that if the CTC can be as per industry standards and he got offended and asked a question from some deep topic which even my senior who work in other companies with similar roles were not aware of I even attempted it but it was partially correct as per him and he told I might or might not get the final offer.
3 years bond salary is less than 2.5 lakh whereas other companies in ahmedabad pay approx 4 lakhs.
Do mot waste time of candidates if you don't want to hire. I am seeing the opening on of linkedin since 3 months. If for a fresher it takes 4 rounds to evaluate then your evaluation process is needs to be revisited.
