I applied online. I interviewed at Auris Health in Nov 2022
Interview
The process is horrible. The interview is 8 rounds. I don't recommend anyone to give an interview with this company. The bose's bose is a sike guy. He comes late to the interviews and doesn't even pay attention when interviewing me. There may be a scam involved in the process.

Question 1
I don't like the interview process. I wasted several days on this. It seems the people who interviewed me also don't like to do interviews. But I don't know why they wasted my time.
Multiple rounds over the same day, 3 of which were technical and one of which was cultural fit. Technical interviews were fairly well rounded. Cultural fit interview was also conducted with an engineer but seemed more aimed at determining how I would mesh with the other personalities on the team.
