I was called in for an interview and met with who would be my immediate supervisor and the CBO manager.
Then once offered the position, I had to pass the background and urine drug screening. Once all of that cleared, then I could start the position.

Many questions were asked about the position, but also about how I handle conflict with co-workers. It was impressed upon me there could be drama among the ladies on the team. I was called by HR later in the day for an offer for the job.

For the most part it was really organized. It started with communicating with HR which led to the interview and then a decision on their part. I interviewed with two employees and I was to demonstrate a manual BP.
