Just quick interview to see if you can explain the questions, also you get time to prepare beforehand. Basically if you get HD in a course then you are in. Interview is chill and not structured.

Had a short interview with course convener. Had basic questions about the academic qualifications, and soft skills. The interview process is smooth. If you get an interview, you are most likely to get hired.

One on one conversation with the lecturer on why I was the right choice for the course and what skills I have. The interview went on for around half an hour.
