Waste of time. The HR scheduled me a phone screen but then did not show up. I contacted HR via email and phone but no response. Few days later I actively contacted another HR person and this person said after reviewing my application, my experience was just too shy of what they needed and wouldn't consider my application. If I didn't contact them, they would never update me even though they booked me and the ghosted my interview
