Had a brief call with the recruiter, but never heard anything back afterward despite follow up emails. It would have been nice to hear back regardless of whether or not I am the right fit for the job or not. Unprofessional.

Interview
Interview process is very long, had 5 interviews and would have had two more if I had made it past them. The interviews were very informal and more conversational, did not ask many questions about my experience. It felt like they wanted to see if they liked me vs my work experience.
