I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Autism East Midlands
Interview
Hiring and interview processes were good, efficient interview style. Had to complete a pre-assessment task and give a presentation. However, I am deeply disappointed with the process following the interview. I was offered the job approximately 30min after the interview and asked if I could take some time before accepting, which they said absolutely will you let us know tomorrow and I said I would. I then emailed at approximately 6:30pm the following day (as soon as I’d finished work) to accept the offer (within 24 hours). I was met with an email stating that I had taken too long and they had offered the position to someone else. A deadline for this offer was not communicated to me nor was I contacted regarding my decision prior to the ‘deadline’. Lack of communication and poor practice.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Autism East Midlands (Nottingham, England) in May 2016
Interview
Received a call stating I had got an interview. Followed by a letter through the post. Invited to an interview. Two interviewers, extremely friendly, lots of detailed questions about policies, common sense and personal skills that are applicable to the job. Received a call about 5 days later confirming I got the job.
