Formal dress, suit. Basic questions like where do you see yourself in 2 years. What is your strong point, what is your weak point. I prepared by reviewing things that occurred during my previous career and the significance that they had on my work life. I also looked at why I was a good fit for that particular job.

The process took several weeks in several interview stages. First interviewed at a career fair for college students. Then was interviewed by a regional manager who made the decision to offer me an internship.
