This was an interview that was set-up for me by a recruiting firm that scanned for profiles on LinkedIn. I was really looking for a new job and decided that any interview experience I could add would be helpful.
AutoRaptor has a nice spot in Downtown Providence - walk-in and was greeted by their Secretary who was extremely sweet. She asked me a few questions about myself, nothing formal, more of getting to know me.
She then brought me into see the President of the company who was ultimately the one interviewing me. During the interview, he asked very basic questions about my work history, work ethic, etc. Few questions related to the actual job he needed to fill, and spent a lot of time just explaining what the company does. The interview questions didn't seem to be established before hand and the interviewer didn't really seem to know what he was looking for.
