A conversation. Interpersonal skills test along with a brief probing of general automotive knowledge. The interview was held in the break room and was very casual. I would not stress about the interview process.
it was a thorough interview and the manager was friendly and had a lot of attention to detail- although said he would follow up and i never heard back from him.
