It was extremely comfortable process. The HR and recruiting teams were extremely communicative and were proactive in updating me during the interview process. They do require you to take a personality and intelligence test as part of the screening process. I met with several members of the company's leadership team and the people I would be working with on a daily basis. It was clear the company values culture when interviewing and they want to make sure that their hires will be able to easily incorporate into the day to day functions.
