Interview
The process started with an HR call describing the details regarding the job and the facilities that will be provided. After scheduling a telephonic interview, got a call from one of the team leads. The lady was soft-spoken and asked basics of programming related to Java and some problem-solving questions so as to test the IQ ability. The call went till 30 minutes. Mostly the questions were basic ones as oops concept and SQL related questions. Have to explain the job responsibility in detail to them. After the call got over, HR called me that I was selected for the next round. It took a day t get the call. Then HR assisted me to book train tickets as I was in Mumbai and Interview Location was in Vadodara. I went to the interview premises on Saturday as per the schedule. There they asked questions based on the client-facing scenario and what all responses we give to them. Some questions were related to basic SQL queries. One question was to remove duplicates in-place from a String. We can use any programming language as per your like. After Interview HR offered lunch and escorted me outside the office premises.
i was referred by my friend working there. First round was a telephonic interview with formal talk then technical round at office consisting of few programs such as palindrome and reverse a string, and we were given the flexibility to write it in any desired language. They wanted to just see the logic applied and then HR round with resume and formal talks.
