I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Automation Anywhere in Oct 2018
Interview
3-step process, focused on values and how one works. First with HR, then the functional manager (together with a colleague) and the regional leadership. Focused on soft skills and not on technical knowledge. It offered me the chance to get the know the company quite well.

Recruitment and processes followed were very efficient n professional. All my interviews were telephonic considering elections across India. They were seemless n it did not hinder any of our conversations. Interviews were also well laid out with relevant situational questions. Interviewers also took time to explain about the role, industry n expectations. Best part of the interview was about spot outcome of the discussion!
