Avail interview questions

The interview process consists of a screening call and then a set of three interviews to assess your technical and behavioral skills and overall cultural fit at the company. The interviews were conducted by different members of the company so you get exposure to multiple teams.

This was an awesome interview. Every single person I met was incredibly welcoming. They have a great, fun, startup style culture. Two calls with the hiring manager, followed by an interview day consisting of a case, followed by 4 behavioral interviews with different members of the team from founders, other PMs, design. Not sure if they do this for everyone, but I received a snack box in the mail as a thank you for interviewing. Literally the nicest interview process I've experienced.
