I applied and was contacted by the recruiter to schedule a call. She was very pleasant and prompt when scheduling the next interview and overall sharing details about the company. I was also told that "the team wants to move fast." I had the interview with the manager and the team and I thought it went well. Great group of guys. Then silence. I followed up with the recruiter a week later and was ignored. I followed up again a few days later expressing my frustration with the sudden cease of communication and finally received the rejection email less than an hour later. Keep in mind when interviewing here that if you're not the first choice you will possibly not know the outcome or be kept in the loop. Who knows how long I would've had to wait if I didn't pull teeth to get the rejection email.
